What this means is you will have to act as if that pile of work is already finished even before you've started the task. Or that your mortgage or credit card debts are already paid even when you're making the payments! When you truly act as if it is DONE and get out ahead of the struggle you immediately release all tension and fear. This will open you up to getting out of the perpetual loop of searching and into the perpetual loop of receiving. By allowing things to happen rather than micro-managing, it releases clinginess and the universe can then Act as it should and all things become a mathematical certainty. Letting go and having fun, enjoying the moment moves you forward, while your "wants" hitch a ride along with you.
