What this means is you will have to act as if that pile of work is already finished even before you've started the task. Or that your mortgage or credit card debts are already paid even when you're making the payments! When you truly act as if it is DONE and get out ahead of the struggle you immediately release all tension and fear. This will open you up to getting out of the perpetual loop of searching and into the perpetual loop of receiving. By allowing things to happen rather than micro-managing, it releases clinginess and the universe can then Act as it should and all things become a mathematical certainty. There's an interesting saying, "If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders." Does it wander to thoughts and emotions of fear, worry and confusion? Or does your wandering thoughts lead you to feelings of excitement and enthusiasm? Either emotion you choose notice how they're all based on expectations of future events. Whether you're sending signals of positive expectations or negative depends entirely on the actions you have taken in the past and at the present moment.
There are lots of ways to relax when we are stressed: meditation, yoga, tea, massage, exercise, talking with a friend, taking a hot bath or shower, sex. And I highly recommend all these. But none of these actually relax you unless your mind approaches them with a relaxed attitude, and lets go of tightness. If you are receiving any of these negative fear-type feedback, then repeat, “thank you for my ability to handle events beautifully.” Or, “thank you for making this project go smoothly from beginning to end.” Being thankful will have a huge impact on your emotions and your feelings, particularly if you do it with a smile, which in turn will bring to you more of what you’re grateful about.
Act in expectation and preparedness for the attainment of your goals. Make a list of things you can do externally that would symbolize abundance of greatness internally. In other words, make your actions reinforce your thinking to deepen the groove of certainty in your mind that the achievement of your desires are assured.

Sure it's easy to understand putting off washing the dishes and the laundry simply because we don't feel like doing them. Do you find yourself coming up with great ideas, but lack the ability to put them into action? Here's an easy system that will save time and bring your most productive ideas to life. 1.) Write ideas on Paper. If ideas come to you sporadically, then keep a memo pad with you at all times. It may be easiest to have a brainstorming session to write your ideas all at once. I call this the INCEPTION phase. 2.) Choose three to six of the most promising ideas. Those are the ideas you'll concentrate on and let the rest of your ideas go "for now." Do not try to work on too many ideas that you don't do justice to any ONE of them. When choosing the most promising ideas, use your best judgement "for now." DON'T WORRY IF ITS NOT GOOD JUDGEMENT AT THIS POINT . . . just do it. I call this the BIRTH phase.
