When it’s Chaotic on the Outside, Clean the Inside!
Whenever you encounter external discord, chaos or negativity in any form immediately turn within and apologize, ask for forgiveness then Love and thank the experience for showing you what needs to be cleaned up! Metaphorically “shake the hand” of the experience, then release it and let it go! Release and let go is the real work. If you can do that, all WILL be well.

The subconscious mind is dormant consciousness and has the greatest power in our life. It is hardly ever used to advantage and yet it is a staggering force of memory and creativity. There is nothing we can't accomplish through the subconscious mind. In fact, it is the subconscious mind that has created our world and maintains our body functioning. The Superconsciousness is not mind but this timeless NOW itself. It is our true nature and therefore has all the 'qualities' that fulfill the heart such as joy, peace, love, happiness and warmth. It is our spiritual nature and it is the Oneness itself.
What this means is you will have to act as if that pile of work is already finished even before you've started the task. Or that your mortgage or credit card debts are already paid even when you're making the payments! When you truly act as if it is DONE and get out ahead of the struggle you immediately release all tension and fear. This will open you up to getting out of the perpetual loop of searching and into the perpetual loop of receiving. By allowing things to happen rather than micro-managing, it releases clinginess and the universe can then Act as it should and all things become a mathematical certainty. Letting go and having fun, enjoying the moment moves you forward, while your "wants" hitch a ride along with you.
There's an interesting saying, "If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders." Does it wander to thoughts and emotions of fear, worry and confusion? Or does your wandering thoughts lead you to feelings of excitement and enthusiasm? Either emotion you choose notice how they're all based on expectations of future events. Whether you're sending signals of positive expectations or negative depends entirely on the actions you have taken in the past and at the present moment.
There are lots of ways to relax when we are stressed: meditation, yoga, tea, massage, exercise, talking with a friend, taking a hot bath or shower, sex. And I highly recommend all these. But none of these actually relax you unless your mind approaches them with a relaxed attitude, and lets go of tightness. These things happen to trigger the release of tightness for most of us, but in truth, you can let go of tightness without any of these relaxing activities, no matter what you’re doing.
Bottom line if you want to be the best remember to be GREAT to yourself. You are the most valuable person in your present, future and past. Have fun with daily tasks and disregard negative thoughts or outside contributions unless they prove to be valuable towards helping you be the best.
The past you are creating today, however, is HIGHLY significant! Guard you thoughts, feeling and your emotions with your Life! Take each day moment by moment with the mindset that what you are doing or thinking this very moment not only shapes your future, but will also be the past you are creating today!
Eliminating stale conversations will take practice at first, but eventually it will be second nature to you. Perhaps you will even become a leader at setting the tone for refreshingly productive conversations.
Feelings are the most powerful magnet for getting what you want, or more specifically, to get more of what you are feeling. When you celebrate each snippet of time that provoked good feelings, you’ll bring about more 'feel good' situations. Thus the importance of practicing the ability to celebrate every good moment.
Are you anxious, nervous, or worried about a project or a specific client? If you are receiving any of these negative fear-type feedback, then repeat, “thank you for my ability to handle events beautifully.” Or, “thank you for making this project go smoothly from beginning to end.” Being thankful will have a huge impact on your emotions and your feelings, particularly if you do it with a smile, which in turn will bring to you more of what you’re grateful about.
Act in expectation and preparedness for the attainment of your goals. Make a list of things you can do externally that would symbolize abundance of greatness internally. In other words, make your actions reinforce your thinking to deepen the groove of certainty in your mind that the achievement of your desires are assured.
If you are continually annoyed by clients who waste your time, haggle on price, micromanage the project, take you off course or are slow to pay, then it’s time to switch your 40 hour focus!
When I encountered a bad argument that appeared to have resulted in irreparable damage to the relationship, I found the following technique especially powerful in smoothing bad situations. If you're not a fan of visualization exercises, don't jump ship just yet! This technique is super simple to perform.
Enormous projects need not appear like the elephant in the room. Simplify the process by treating larger projects like experts treat a house flip.

When implementing changes in your company below are two important facts that will help you to be empowered throughout the process. 1) Create leverage by developing a new technique in your industry or field of expertise. Discover a new way to do things, a formula, or a new system such as the McDonald’s franchise. The McDonald’s franchise is controlled by rules so precise it’s practically a piece of software. When you have a system in place that is efficient and productive, you will be empowered.
When creating fun and engaging new techniques or systems, organize fun ways to execute it such as with charts, plans, graphs, photos, events, games (mental or physical), schedules, tricks, tips, groups, support, forms, or procedures. Most importantly create it for your customers, and about your customers.
Our lives have become increasingly complex. To help us get more done, we have more ways to communicate than ever before: face-to-face, phone, email, instant messaging, twitter, blogging, etc. We have more tools to get more done, but our energy is diminished after being pulled in a million directions. To get more done, why not flex your focusing muscle . . .
We all know what procrastination is, but do we know why we do it? Experts explain that procrastination is not as clear-cut as we believe. Sure it's easy to understand putting off washing the dishes and the laundry simply because we don't feel like doing them. But what about when we put off doing the things we want to do; such as building a successful business, learning a new skill, or losing weight. Why do we continue to make-up excuses and put off achieving what we want to achieve? Psychologist believe procrastination stems from many causes, with the main cause being FEAR. Of course we don’t fear the dirty dishes, but many of us are afraid of some, or all, of the following situations:
Do you find yourself coming up with great ideas, but lack the ability to put them into action? Here's an easy system that will save time and bring your most productive ideas to life. 1.) Write ideas on Paper. If ideas come to you sporadically, then keep a memo pad with you at all times. It may be easiest to have a brainstorming session to write your ideas all at once. I call this the INCEPTION phase. 2.) Choose three to six of the most promising ideas. Those are the ideas you'll concentrate on and let the rest of your ideas go "for now." Do not try to work on too many ideas that you don't do justice to any ONE of them. When choosing the most promising ideas, use your best judgement "for now." DON'T WORRY IF ITS NOT GOOD JUDGEMENT AT THIS POINT . . . just do it. I call this the BIRTH phase.
Do you find yourself needing to be offered the chance to win vacations, automobiles, cash or prizes in order to become motivated? Or do you find receiving threats of being fired more effective? Which ever you choose, both are legitimate motivators. One is known as a "toward" motivator; meaning, to work toward something, such as a new automobile or a trip to Europe. The other is known as an "away" motivator; meaning, to work away from something, such as debt or death.
Once you get a handle on the majority of your negative feedback the next step is to write your goal statement in bold motivational terms; such as “I am the best lawn care specialist in the World,” or “I am the most respected cat sitter in the World.” Being respected, to me, is synonymous with being successful. But to say “I am the best ____________,” in today’s terms does not mean most talented. Being the best could mean most successful in your given field, or most well-known, such as The Dog Whisperer, Cesar Milan. Cesar successfully created a new system for training dogs. His motto is, “I rehabilitate dogs, I train people.”

Just as effortless as it is to worry, positive thoughts must also be made without strain if they are to be effective. Goals should not be a struggle to visualize nor should they cause stress with the mere thought of them. Affirm your goals with adoration so they are non-intimidating or tension creating. If you cannot find it in yourself to feel excitement and love towards the goal you seek, then it is not the right goal for you at this time. You should feel passion for the task at hand. One of the most important solutions towards achieving a goal is to consistently approach it with care and gentleness until you feel genuinely indifferent to its outcome. When you reach the state of genuine indifference that is when you are truly on track towards achieving that goal.
Time for some fun! The next real solution to help take control and live your best life is through a gradual what if mentality. When we worry about the what ifs we form adverse mental pictures. We then respond to negative pictures as if they were our present reality. © Gloria-leigh | Dreamstime.com Since our nervous system cannot distinguish between a real experience and an imaginary event, the importance of guarding our thoughts closely becomes clearly apparent. Every belief whether good or bad, true or false was formed gradually without effort, sense of strain or will power. Habits are created in much the same way. In our predictions of doom society it is easy to understand how negativity sinks effortlessly into our subconscious! For this reason alone it makes perfect sense to
Self-defeating behaviors are often caused by conscious self-analysis, self-criticism, and introspection if done as a form of continual second-guessing. Attempting too much sets up inevitable failure, which we later berate ourselves for not having accomplished. Feeling jittery, worried, or anxious thinking about the great amount of work before us is a classic form of negative feedback. We believe we should be able to do everything all at once. We practice self-condemnation by holding ourselves to unrealistic expectations.
