When it’s Chaotic on the Outside, Clean the Inside!

When it’s Chaotic on the Outside, Clean the Inside!

Whenever you encounter external discord, chaos or negativity in any form immediately turn within and apologize, ask for forgiveness then Love and thank the experience for showing you what needs to be cleaned up! Metaphorically “shake the hand” of the experience, then release it and let it go!  Release and let go is the real work.  If you can do that, all WILL be well.

How Do I Align Conscious with Subconscious Mind?

The subconscious mind is dormant consciousness and has the greatest power in our life. It is hardly ever used to advantage and yet it is a staggering force of memory and creativity. There is nothing we can't accomplish through the subconscious mind. In fact, it is the subconscious mind that has created our world and maintains our body functioning. The Superconsciousness is not mind but this timeless NOW itself. It is our true nature and therefore has all the 'qualities' that fulfill the heart such as joy, peace, love, happiness and warmth. It is our spiritual nature and it is the Oneness itself.

Act as if it is DONE and Rise Above The Struggle

What this means is you will have to act as if that pile of work is already finished even before you've started the task. Or that your mortgage or credit card debts are already paid even when you're making the payments! When you truly act as if it is DONE and get out ahead of the struggle you immediately release all tension and fear. This will open you up to getting out of the perpetual loop of searching and into the perpetual loop of receiving. By allowing things to happen rather than micro-managing, it releases clinginess and the universe can then Act as it should and all things become a mathematical certainty. Letting go and having fun, enjoying the moment moves you forward, while your "wants" hitch a ride along with you.

Are You Sending Signals of Positive Expectations?

Photo Courtesty of www.1MS.net

There's an interesting saying, "If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders." Does it wander to thoughts and emotions of fear, worry and confusion? Or does your wandering thoughts lead you to feelings of excitement and enthusiasm? Either emotion you choose notice how they're all based on expectations of future events. Whether you're sending signals of positive expectations or negative depends entirely on the actions you have taken in the past and at the present moment.

The Little Trick to Make Any Moment Better: Zen Habits

There are lots of ways to relax when we are stressed: meditation, yoga, tea, massage, exercise, talking with a friend, taking a hot bath or shower, sex. And I highly recommend all these. But none of these actually relax you unless your mind approaches them with a relaxed attitude, and lets go of tightness. These things happen to trigger the release of tightness for most of us, but in truth, you can let go of tightness without any of these relaxing activities, no matter what you’re doing.

Our lives have become increasingly complex. Procrastinate NO MORE!

We all know what procrastination is, but do we know why we do it? Experts explain that procrastination is not as clear-cut as we believe. Sure it's easy to understand putting off washing the dishes and the laundry simply because we don't feel like doing them. But what about when we put off doing the things we want to do; such as building a successful business, learning a new skill, or losing weight. Why do we continue to make-up excuses and put off achieving what we want to achieve? Psychologist believe procrastination stems from many causes, with the main cause being FEAR. Of course we don’t fear the dirty dishes, but many of us are afraid of some, or all, of the following situations:

Give Your Ideas LIFE!

Do you find yourself coming up with great ideas, but lack the ability to put them into action? Here's an easy system that will save time and bring your most productive ideas to life. 1.) Write ideas on Paper. If ideas come to you sporadically, then keep a memo pad with you at all times. It may be easiest to have a brainstorming session to write your ideas all at once. I call this the INCEPTION phase. 2.) Choose three to six of the most promising ideas. Those are the ideas you'll concentrate on and let the rest of your ideas go "for now." Do not try to work on too many ideas that you don't do justice to any ONE of them. When choosing the most promising ideas, use your best judgement "for now." DON'T WORRY IF ITS NOT GOOD JUDGEMENT AT THIS POINT . . . just do it. I call this the BIRTH phase.

Schedule Tasks in Time Blocks for Efficient Management

If all other time management tips have failed you, try the easiest method available. Schedule tasks in time blocks. Example: Set time to do paperwork from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a time to run errands to be anytime after 1 p.m. Unless an errand is a dire emergency, it can wait. Chances are the errand won’t be that urgent that it can’t wait two or so more hours. Start now and get control of your time. See an example of a Time Block and Blank Form below.

Success Secrets

The secret to success is that there is no secret. Just honest, hard work and thorough knowledge of the product or service you are selling, be it teaching, counseling, selling computers, security alarms, gadgets, widgets or even pencils. Having a thorough knowledge of the products or service you're selling will not only increase sales, but also offers the flexibility to have fun in the process. To add more direction to the honest, hard work and thorough knowledge part of success, one continues to read further on the subject of "Secrets to Success," "Tips to Success." and "Hints to Success," hoping for more, possibly easier answers.

Are you a slave to Time?

Are there so many demands on time that you can’t squeeze another second out of your schedule? If so, you have “timelock.” Just as gridlock stops traffic, timelock stops productivity. Here’s what to do to get unlocked:

• THINK of what you want out of life – not how much you can get done. Assess all your activities. If they add to your life keep them. If not, eliminate them whenever possible.

• UNDERSTAND your body clock. It’s irregular and not as uniform as time from a clock. Identify its peak times. That’s when to schedule especially difficult work.

• DON’T CROWD every minute with some task. If you do, tension rises and effectiveness declines.

• SLOW DOWN Don’t be addicted to rushing. Ask, “Why am I rushing? What’ll happen if I don’t?” Know the difference between necessary haste and impatience.

• SUBTRACT An old activity when you add a new one.

STRESS TIP:   Next time you’re feeling the stress of a difficult situation, ask yourself how your favorite cartoon character would handle it. This might cause you to pause and chuckle.
